tonic-clonic seizure

tonic-clonic seizure

I am a 29yr old male. In Nov 2008, I had a tonic-clonic seizure for the 1st time. Contrast MRI showed a lesion in Left Frontal Region. I was prescribed 300mg eptoin. 3 weeks later I was diagnosed lymph node TB in the chest. And I was put on Rifampicin 600mg, Mycobutol 1000, Pyrazinamide 1000mg X 2. Since then I had 5 more seizures till now. The latest contrast MRI shows no increase/decrease till now. A MRS was also performed which suspects a Astrocytoma. No biopsy has been done till now. TB medicines were finally stopped after 10 months after seeing the Chest xray. There are no other complications. My neurologist is suspecting a "low-grade glioma".
Current Medication: Eptoin 300mg, Levetiracetam 1000 mg, B12 supplement
My question is:
1. Is it possible that its a tubercloma? If yes, then whats the course of treatment. Does anything extra needs to be taken here? How to conclude whether its tubercloma?
2. Its been 4 weeks since the TB medicines have been stopped and no further seizure has been experienced. Whats the suggested further course?
