Confused about EBV and Mono and possible relapse

I have had issues with swollen lymph nodes throughout my body for 6 weeks now. My CBC with diff was normal with my WBC on the low end of normal. Many other tests were done (including HIV, Hep A, B & C, Celiac, Std's etc.)  and the only thing that came back abnormal was EBV which was 8 normal being <.8. The nurse said I had Mono. Wouldn't my WBC be high if I had Mono? Also, I was told I had mono back in college. Later in college I had a nasty throat issue and doctor said my tests indicated that I'd had Mono in the past but it was not active at that time. Now I am 41. Could I really have a relapse? Does my EBV result really indicate this without a mono spot test being done? What could cause such a relapse? I recently had a  ANA of 1:640 speckled. After additional testing I was told that I don't have Lupus or RA at this time. I keep wondering if something else might be going on.
