Ebstein Barr Syndrome

Please...can anyone tell me if EBS is contagious.  I really enjoy watching my grandson and I am so afraid that I may harm him if I am contagious.  I cannot find answers anywhere.  Thank you

EBV is a very contagious virus. However, if you avoid your saliva from reaching your grandson then I see no harm. Its not an air born virus if that is what your asking.
