I'm always fatigued thanks to the EBV. Could EBV lead up to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

Yes. You might want to consider reading my response (which includes a link to recent research on fatigue and mono) to lazylace (I believe that was his nic).

Yes, apparently my sophmore year of HS i caught mono (EBV) like most American high school students. The virus then laid dormant for  a  few years until my immune system took a hit and it reactivated. tired all the time. My doc put me on Valtrex to fight the EBV, and i have been taking it rfor a week and my lymph nodes are shrunken and i have waay more energy than i remember having in a long long time. try Valtrex, if u have insurance. with out it, it costs more than $500.

Alright I will definitely look into it. Understand that ever since this started, I lost plenty of strength and energy and the acne in my body increased. My skin is more sensitive now, so I'm hoping everything will improve!
