Mono after effects?

Ive been tested for mono and didn't have it. However I was told I probably had it and it went away. They said that I am getting after effects and I should wait for my symptoms to die down(they haven't). Ive had these symptoms for around 9 months and just noticed my first few symptoms after being sick for a week(maybe being sick triggered something?). I don't feel sick at all though. Was curious what everyone's take on this may be. Nobody is sure what I have and Ive been to around 7-8 doctors.

Sinus Congestion
Fingernail Ridges/Splitting
Hair Lose(head, eyelashes, eyebrows)
Getting some greyhairs on my head
Swollen Eyelids, dry eyes(sometimes)
Vision Problems(Shadowing, double vision) (eye pressure)
Lymph Nodes
Enlarged Spleen
Chronic Fatigue(when I wakeup my whole body is aching most the time, aches go away around hour later)
Armpit odor, very irritated/red/painful when using deodorant
Head aches, ear pressure(sometimes earaches)
Neck muscles seem swollen
Coughed up a few tonsil stones over the last 9 months
Throat seems to have an odor coming from it sometimes.

Have had that done other than the mono test. I am currently investigating that it may be a thyroid problem, getting my Ft3/Ft4 levels check soon along with a LFT and CMP test. The EBV tests seem pretty expensive :(

Hi, that's quite the list of symptoms!  I'm confused though because you listed all those symptoms, but you also said you don't feel sick...?  I don't want to say it's not Eppstein-Barr because EBV can have a different impact on different people.  With that said though, I would think there's something else going on besides EBV, maybe multiple things.  Sorry all those doctors haven't been able to find anything.  Have you had an EBV titer test?  I would be curious to see what that says; it's possible if you have some sickness, maybe that re-activated the EBV.
