I'm sure you have honorable intentions, but none of symptoms for these apply to my question. Good luck with all your diseases!
im telling everyone to get tested for the same thing, as it seems to be the culprit in most cases.. check for mycoplasma pneumonia, chlamydia pneumonia, cmv, hhv6, and lyme. i have em all and feel like death!
I had a bad episode this fall too! Well relatively bad cause compared to what you're describing mine doesn't sound so awful. I wasn't just tired though it was that and the ebv variety pack of symptoms mono, exaggerated physical reactions to medications, and the weather. Maybe I should go to the doctor it's just so frustrating i feel like i go in with a dozen symptoms and come out with well it's the ebv and there's nothing he can do about it. it gets to the point where i just think im sick and that's it, that's my life.
I've been doing the vitamin thing too! regular vitamins in the morning and emergenc in the afternoon most times it helps me get through the day. and a little exercise. I know with how tired you are it sounds impossible but when you're up for it try a small walk at first.
You know it's weird u mention that, cuz there have been times I've had this exact same sorta thing. I never knew what this was about & figured it was just nothing, but now that you mention it, it doesn't sound too good does it. Yikes, maybe we should BOTH have this looked at. I've heard it mentioned with EBV but not like I thought I was having so I didn't think the 2 were related cuz I do have EBV & my tests have shown MANY MANY episodes. I'm just getting over a bad episode last fall, & STILL feeling very tired. VERY tired, I can sleep for 14-16 hrs at a time, then I wake up & feel tired all day. But my super vitamin potion i created helps a bit to get thru the afternoon cuz I don't wanna drink gallons of coffee, since that's not good.
Thanks! Its weird cause I felt bad for a while, but now I've felt good for a few days. I even went for a jog. I have been trying to change my diet to help with the ebv. It's a strange question but what do you eat?
Have you seen a doctor about this? It doesn't really sound like an Epstein Barr symptom to me, especially if your EBV is dormant now.
