Please help....

I am still trying to find out whats wrong with me. My doc is testing me for EBV and CMV; results next week. My concern is receiving unprotected oral sex from a female prostitute, May of last year. Would EBV cause the following:

I have confirmed swollen nodes in neck armpits and groin and swelling behind knees.
Dizziness, strange stool; sometime light colored, sometimes muddy
Red pimples that come and go, mainly on forehead
Skin seems like it is changing texture
Nausea, bloated, abdomen pain right side, just started this month.
When I get a paper cut or scratch as it heals, it darkens
Low body temp, constantly between 97.1 and 97.9

Any help would be appreciated. I tested negative for HIV at 7 1/2 after; negative for Syph and HSV2 at 5 months
I guess Hep testing would be next.

Some of these symptoms really do not sound like EBV.  EBV is fatigue, swollen glands in neck, sore throat, muscle aches or flu-like symptoms, but others can correct me if I am wrong.

Ok well, you have ruled out some of the big issues.  You would probably see some signs on your bloodwork if you had hep.  You need to  see a good infectious disease doc.
EBV can cerainlny cause many of those symptoms.  there are also some other STDs that you might not have covered.  You need to make a list and timeline of your symptoms and have them available to take to your appointments.  It might be that the incident you mention may actually have absolutely nothing to do with what you have going on.  Probably has made you think though huh?  Not a good thing to have unprotected sex at any time.
So make a timeline and list of symptoms for a period of at least a couple of weeks.  List the things that you may not even think of listing-urination issues etc.
Not sure how accurate the RPR test is but I know it mentions skin changes on hands and feet.....
You will get to the bottom of this just hang in there.  Good on you for having the courage to post I know it could not have been easy.  My first encounter with Mono was not from any sexual contact and from what I understand it may have been from drinking from a glass of someone who had the virus.

Not preaching to you.  I have been married for 13 yrs but never claim to have been an angel my whole life.(although have not had sex with prostitute)  Just wanted to encourage you to avoid that type of situation again. Having someone to love and care for you although not always easy beats the situation you are in.
