Thrush mono?

i had recently recovered from constant headache and gland pain
and now there is white spots(skin) in mouth
no anitbotics
but can mono cause thrush?

I have Candida albicans gastrointestinal because i have mononucleosis.
But I do not have thrush. I use the liquid extract of grapefruit. 30 drops in a glass of water.
2 or 3 times a day.

As far as I know thats not exactly what thrush looks like. However I have chronic mono and what you're describing sounds like your basic mouth fungus, I got the same thing and its really hard to get rid of. Its been about three years and mine still comes and goes. basically you just get this awful cherry stuff to swish and swallow with and it will get rid of it at least for a while.
