Vestibular Neuritis and EBV

vestibular neuritis, Nuero advised this was probable my problem (will confirm with more testing) Have for the better part of a year been dealing with back of the head pain/numbness and a brain freeze feeling sometimes. Nuero asvised this could have been due to early in the year having high EBV numbers that cause Nerve damage. What are the treatments for this and has anyone else had this problem??
