ebv or something else?

I had a hystrectomy it will be 2 yrs in october.  In janurary of the following year, I ended up with infectious mono.  3 months later i was still in so much pain, it felt like if I stood up my legs were going to break in half.  I finally called my ob/ gyn doc., and he put me on homones (since I had a complete hyst), and a month later, I still had the pain!  Doctore that I have seen did all the testing for arthritis, rheumatiod, all them everyone of those test came back normal, I even had a total body bone scan, It showed I have chonic sinusinus.  My question is still at times I still have serve pain in my forearms and both legs.  My regular doctor says its fibormyalgia, I don't !  Does this sound like it may be post-viral disease/syndrom?  Help!  At this time I"m really tired like I have mono again.  Is this also possible?

Fibromyalgia and CFS patients have many things in common... especially the potential cause of our condition: pathogens. It is just like lyme disease. You know how lyme patients have a lot of pain and their condition is caused by bacteria from a tick bite.

Types 1 and 2 will cause the most prolonged type of Fibromyalgia/CFS, with 3 being mostly related to the type of post viral illness PVFS caused by EBV, in otherwise healthy patients this will usually dissipate over a period of 6 months to a year and should not necessarily result in or be classified as Fibromyalgia/CFS.
