on 18th of may i performed cunnilingus on a woman..she was on her last day of her period...after 6 days from my exposure i developed fever,severe sore throats.
I thought that I had a bacterial infection from cunnilingus so I took antibiotics(Augmentin) oral for 7 days.The fever and the sore throat ceased after Augmentin.After 1 week I started to suddenly lose weight ,to have night sweats all over my body and to feel very very tired.I have done many medical tests.
The ESR and CRP are slightly elevated.
HIV test at 4 weeks- negative.
Virus Epstein-Barr VCA IgM-Antibodies are 2066 (normal <20).
Virus Epstein-Barr VCA IgG-Antibodies are 15600 ( normal < 20 ) .
I haven't kissed any girl this year.
The questions :
1.Could I have gotten the virus through oral sex?
2.Can HIV and mono coexist?
3. Can ESR and CRP be elevated in mono?
4. What is the treatment?
5. What is my long-term risk for lymphoma and pharyngeal cancer?

Post this in the STD community.  So many have symptoms like you after having sexual intercourse but the "experts" don't consider this an STD.    Get tested for Lymes and Mycoplasa infections through IGENEX labs.  Contact ILADS to find a dr that is willing to trear chronic intracellular bacteria infections.  No standard med doctor is gonna be able to figure this one out.
