why??

Im 22 and recently in the past few days I have gotten a little bit of a sore throat, but my throat really does hurt Im just having a extremely hard time breathing and when I breathe in theres a sharp pain in my chest.

It sounds like you may have pleuracy. This is inflammation in between the lining of the ribs. It is in the rib area of the chest? You should see a doctor and have them listen to your lungs and tell them it hurts to breath in and that you have sore throat. They may give you antibiotics. It is possible that it is a virus but the symptoms you describe are usual for pleuracy.
