i need help and another sight said maybe someone on ebv could give some info and help. i was diagnosis with CMV. 3 years ago. i have describe my symptoms as different stages of mono. i am often weak, soar muscels, often feeling like someone is pulling against my arms and legs (heaviness) and often unable to walk accross the living room without sitting or laying down. once i rest i can get back up. the fatigue is overwelming at times. the specialist i saw said i should of improved after 6mths. i was at my worst the first 6 moths but still have bouts. my doctor says that i now have CFS and fibermy(spelling). i am often experiencing infections with high white blood cell counts. do you have any insights on how to deal with this physical exhaustion. are their any day to day helps. i do not want to take meds.
It certainly does sound like you could have CFS, but I would seriously consider posting all of the labs you've had done, including diagnostic tests, just so we can see if there are any tests that your physician may have missed. (lyme disease, etc.)
I hope that you will check out these links and stick around !! There is hope !!
