20 years old and slowly getting harder to have erection
hi as the title says im 20 years old and i've noticed over the past year that its been becoming gradually more difficult to have an erection. I remember when i was 13-18, I would get really excited heart racing and skin getting warm and such from just thinking about girls and have a erection I couldn't put down even after masterbating 2-3 times and now i cant get excited unless i actually watch porn and touch myself at the same time and even then the erection is very weak still and it doesn't really feel like any adrenaline is pumping. so my question is what could it be? Im 180 lbs 5`11 don't smoke, haven't had alcohol or drugs in a very long time like 7+ months. I don't really exercise but i can run a decent mile in like 7-8 minutes but when i used to run daily i would still have no results. Any help is appreciated please and thank you!
Hi Andrew, I think from what your saying, its that you now have porn enduced ED, But there is a way out for you, its an 8 week sabatical from all masturbating and any sexual contact, this means you dont even tuch it if you start getting morning erections, what this should do is reboot your body so you can get back in the game, and to get the ball rolling I want you to get rid of any porn sites on your computer, get rid of any downloads and throw away any discs.
So in 8 weeks time I want you to come back and tell me just how things are going.
hi, Im back again, just thought id give a progression check half way through to show where im at. So initially for the first 2-3 weeks I wouldn't have any morning erections which was normal but sometime during the fourth week i started to have some morning erections that were sometimes durable and some just semi erect but still flaccid. They are not as strong as when i was in my adolescents but its progress i suppose so im thankful for that. I just hope I have better results nearing the end of my 2 months because this is really killing my life or what i think is suppose to be the so called golden years of college/ life. So thats all i have for now i hope others are doing better with their problems. ill check in later. see ya. oh yea almost forgot i was wondering if anyone knew good information on heart disease and the link to erectile dysfunction in the regards to which disease specifically affects the penis disabling the ability to have erections. I want to investigate the possibility that i might have heart disease because from what i read ed is linked to it. please and thank you.
Hi Andrew, Yes Ed is a precurser to heart problems and even a heart attack, and there is lots to read on this, just google ED and heart problems, look try this get some Cayenne and mix this in tomato paste, and thin down with olive oil, mix this to a heat that suits you, take 3 small spoonfuls and wash each one down with water, do this 3 times a day, your first should be just as you get up in the morning, this will clean your blood of plaque, and this will bring some heat down below, getting your blood clean will help with your erections, now if you have a 2 pint tea pot, make yourself some green tea, but if you can please use tea and not bags, gte your self some freash ginger, and pop this in the freezer, it keeps best that way, now fine great yourself a small pile to the size of an egg, put this in a mug with a nice slice of lemon, now microwave for 30 sec, now pour your tea on that, add in some honey, this will make you fill great, its good for your blood, and good for down below, I have 1 day a week doing this, and have lemon and honey tea the rest of the week, black tea, both of these should help you even more.
Come back to me in 4 weeks then.
hey so im back after the 2 month abstain from masturbating and wanna follow through with my results. so i have noticed that either my penis has gotten a bit bigger or i just haven't noticed it as much because of the avoiding and all but besides that i have been able to get somewhat better erections before this ordeal. although its not as hard as i want it to be i have noticed a increase in durability some what its like 80% hard now still a little bendy though. my libido however still seems in the gutter i don't have that same urge or drive as i used to and when i had masturbated after 2 months my heart wasn't racing as i had remember it too when i was 14-18. it just seemed pleasurable but without any motive or drive. i will post more when i go to the doctors gonna try to figure out if i have heart disease or maybe some nerve damage. i used to crack my neck alot and heard it can cause some damage so well see where that goes. hope everyone is doing well ill report back when i get my tested.
Ho Andrew,Things are getting there, but just not as quick as you want but its getting better, but please remember, each of us are differant in make up of our bodys.
Now did you try the things I set out for you, the cayenne and ginger in green tea with lemon and honey, these would have helped you, now I want you to add into that some tribulus, again a herb, this should boost your testosterone, lift your libido and boost your energy levels, it takes around 8 weeks to get to full power, you then cut back to 5 out of 7 days, just see how your doing then,
But very glad you on the mend, well done, its a very hard thing to stop masturbating, so you can see what it has done to you, do you now fill brighter in your self.
I am 21 years old and am having the same issues that are stated above. I have been on propecia for two years- a hair retention pill that I was prescribed after the hair restoration surgery when I was 19. It has made me lose all sexual urges. Unless I am masturbating to online porn, I am out of luck when it comes to anything sexually related. I guess what I'm asking is if these above related tips will also work to my benefit? If not, does anyone have any suggestions, tips, concerns, anything? I am heavily considering completely dropping the pill and saying screw the hair investment($13,000), because it has truly become that much of an issue. Thank you all.
Hi Z, O boy you have hit the jackpot, I think its best if you google propecia side effects, there is a web site for this drug you have been taken, its not good I will tell you that, best you go read, when you have come back to me and we will try you on some herbs.
hey, thanks for the reply. i haven't started on the concoction yet, but i was already a tea drinker before. i wouldn't say i had a cup everyday but it is a almost a 2-3 times a week beverage i have. i will definitely buy the herbs as soon as i have some time, been very busy with school! and @ tony im not very sure what you mean by control of the muscle that contracts the penis but if you mean if i have control of my bladder i would say i suppose i do since i can stop peeing midstream. and @zobz i hope your plan comes through let me know how it goes
Hi Andrew that muscle is your PC muscle, it does lots of thing, its the muscle that ejeculates your semen, it can help pump extra blood into your penis, and as you know will stop you urinating, and also help you pump out precum, so this one muscle helps a great amout in our sex lives.
Hope this helps,
Hi Smithy, Yes form what I have read kegels can cause ED, now your best bet for advice and a good read up about kegels and ED is to google pegym, yopu will find all you need there, try the ED forum for anymore info on that problem, was you having a problem for you doing kegels?
As you have this problem I would cut out the masturbating for a few weeks, a break can only do you some good.
The cayenne wont do you any harm but it will clean any plaque from you blood and help with erections, also try cutting up a whole head and chopping very fine, also put this with some dried parsily and mix with olive oil, add a teaspoonful into the cayenne and take 3x3 times a day and wash down with water, you mix up the cayenne to a heat that suits you, but as you go on you can incress the cayenne, that should get you going for now.
Contact me best through a pm, for that just hoover over my name and click on the email.
