34 years old with ED for 3 years!!!

I am 34 years old and married and have had this problem for about 3 years already. I'm pretty sure it all started when I experienced some stress at work (no longer have stress) for about a month about 3 years ago. In a matter of weeks I started experiencing ED, fatigue, headaches and muscle weakness. These symptoms are always with me and seem to come and go in cycles of about 1 or 2 weeks (1 week bad, 1 week better). Sometimes my symptoms are better than other days. That's the weird thing about this. Whenever I think I'm getting better I start to get worse again and in a couple of weeks a little better and the cycle repeats.

Now I've been to doctors ranging from endocronologists, acupuncturists, naturopaths, urologists and had countless blood tests for testosterone, viruses, anemia etc. Everything was normal. These symptoms usually don't stop me from working and haven't gotten worse but it has greatly affected my life. In addition to ED, I also experience increased fatigue after any kind of exercise (so I don't exercise anymore).  I have headaches some days (maybe 20%) but not all, and fatigue.  I've been prescribed Viagra and it has worked a few times but I don't really want to take it anymore. I want to find what's causing me to feel this way. I don't think it's psychological ED since I haven't had a full morning erection in 3 years, I used to get them at least 50% of the time. I'm just at a loss already. Before I was active both sexually and physically. Now it seems my zest for life is zapped. It would even encourage me if someone else said they were experiencing what I have, just to know that I'm not alone in this struggle. I really have no idea what's wrong with me.

Hi Sak, ED comes it differant ways to differant people, for one stress is a big sex killer, but you say that part has gone and over your stress, and like me you dont like Viagra,.
For a load of guys the ask the same question, why and how me, if a uro and the others you've seen cant help?
I have had ED, and in some kind of recovery, but I think it jokes us, but do have sex 3/4 time one week and once the next week. I'm on herbs and a hormone, but things like being fit and not over weight, alcohol needs to go, why your on the start up of this way of life, but at the back of your mind you to focus, that this could be the beginning of your new sex life, I will send you 2 emails there from to post I have on another site.
Just hope it works for you the same as me, some of the things you may now have around the house, its just simple things.
Please come back to me, if you go onit and tell me how your doing.
Good Luck

You might want to get your testosterone rechecked..just because THEY say you're in a normal level doesn't mean that it really is!

Hi Sak, Look you can read up about these, but, DHEA and Tribulus, will help left you, both will left your testosterone, lift you libido and kick up your energy levels, the cayenne and ginger will help clean your blood, L-Arginine the call the natural Viagra, it boost nitrates for erections, and the garlic also helps your as well.
But I think somewere I do say its finding your own mix, now mine may just get you going again, if not its a game of ad and subtract.
If you give it a trial for 12 weeks and see how it goes, if by week 4 your getting morming woods back then its working, and if you get woke up in the night wirh nocternal erections then its working, if get yourself some kind of cockring then you should get some real good boners, and if married the wife will just love.
But we you get on this it needs to become a way of life, your sex life.
Please have confidence.
Good Luck

Hi NOHARD. Thanks for the reply.  I need all the help I can get as I have been to many doctors without a good answer. I also read your email to me and will try some of those things. I have researched DHEA, L-Arginine and some of the other herbs. I have also taken some chinese herbs before without much success. I also see that you are 65 years old so I am not sure our situations are the same. Maybe we have different reasons for ED. I also feel my whole body is tired many times, so it is not just ED that is bothering me. I cannot exercise because whenever I exercise I just feel more tired, it doesn't help.  I'm taking some chinese herbs right now. If those don't work I will try some of the herbs you mentioned. Thank you for your help.
