Can penile tissue heal over time??? im not positive if thats my problem but please read my problem description ;/

Hello, im joe, i have a problem but im really confused about it and im kinda scared. Im only 17 years old and i lost my virginity last year to my first girlfriend. I was really stupid and i wish i never had sex with her, i was sort of blind cause she was my first sexual experience. Anyway, after we had sex for the first time, we started having sex very often, like 2-3 times every time we saw eachother (we saw eachother maybe 3 times a week depending on the week) and also the sex was consecutive, as in right after i ejaculated we had more sex. Im scared that maybe i didnt give my penis enough time to rest before having sex again and that i might have damaged myself because of it. We went out for 5 and a half months and i lost my virginity 2 weeks in. She was a really mean person and she treated me like **** but i always let it slide, and she always wanted to have sex. I didnt have sex after we broke up and i didnt masterbate that often at all, but recently (like a month ago) i masterbated and during ejaculation, my penis was really reallllllyyy hard. After that, all my erections seem to have been very soft, and they dont really last that long. I saw my general practitioner and he told me that i should just take a break from all sexual activities for a while and that i prolly have alot of stress since im a very busy kid.  I took his advice and after about 12 days, my erections seemed to be alot better. But i have another problem, i have a new girlfriend and i really like her. shes like the oposite from my first girlfriend. Shes sweet, caring, funny, and we can actually do things other than sexual activities to have fun. Recently however, we started to do sexual activities (not sexual intercourse) and i was hard the entire time, but when she wanted to have oral sex with me i began to have a less strong erection so we didnt do it. Im really confused because i dont know wat is wrong with me. i feel that i might have some pschological/emotional baggage dealing with sex from my first relationship or that i did some damage to my penis during my first relationship. Because of this im also nervous cause i think about it during sexual activities. Furthermore, im not as horney as i used to be, like im way less horney and ide rather just do other things to have fun instead of sex. Is there something wrong with me? it seems like all other boys my age only care about sex. Another problem concerning this is that my girlfriend is horney all the time, which im fine with cause i like pleasing her, but im scared that there might be something wrong with me and i wont be able to perform if we ever decide to have sexual intercourse together. So, i would like to know this: if i damaged myself somehow, could it heal over time? if so how much time? (there is no curvature or discoloring in my penis, just soft erections) And also, if i lost my sex drive, if i dont do any sexual activities for a while, can i get my sex drive back? Please help me, im really scared and confused :/
