Can someone please help me out regarding my sexual health as a teen?

Okay so I am indeed 15, but have a problem that has been concerning me for a while. Essentially, I cannot get hard or masturbate at all. I want to, but I simply can't and I'm very worried. Obviously, this is an even bigger hindrance regarding girls as I can't perform in any way whatsoever. I don't take drugs or anything of the sorts, I'm just a typical teenage guy. Please help, and thank you for your time. I hope you understand my concerns.

You may stop worrying about erectile dysfunction for the time being. Learn deep breathing or abdominal breathing. Practice the breathing exercise regularly. You will get normal morning wood and erection when you have sexural urge. Enjoy sports and friendship for the time being.

Do you wake up in the morning with erections or have them at other times in the day?  Everyone's situation is different and you may just need more time for this next phase in your sexual development as you are still young.

No I really don't. Not at all to be honest.
