Can't keep an erection when having sex

I can get erections when i masturbate and keep them long enough to ejaculate and sometimes i get random erections in the morning but when i try to have sex with a girl i cant keep it up...by the time i try to put it in the girl in goes soft...this has been happening since i was 18...i am 26 now...Can viagra or other medication help me get a strong erection?

Viagra will help you sustain your erection but It will not cure the problem and it will worsen, trust me. You are sexually exhausted and you need to stop any sexual activity. There is much to be said to that ..

Those of us that are concerned with ED have learned of the use of vacuum pumps to obtain an erection and then there's some sort of ring around the base of the penis that helps it stay erect over time. Suggest you consider investigating the use of such a ring around the base of the penis to help your problem. Perhaps the psychological aspect will diminish...
