Cialis

I am injure at T4 level of the spinal cord, i can't feel anything from the injury point downward. I need an erection and i took Cialis 20mg but could not achieve erection, can i increase the Cialis to 40mg or what other option do i have to get erction to satisfy my woman? Thank you

Hello,
First of all you should not increase the dose of Cialis on your own. The commonly prescribed drug for this is sildenafil or Vardenafil (Levitra), which causes erections to be stronger and long lasting. The other treatment options for you are urethral pellet of the medicine or vaccum devices.

Otherwise you can go in for penile prosthesis in which a rod is inserted permanently into the penis. The most sophisticated (expensive) type can be inflated with an inbuilt pump to cause an erection.
