Cold curve E.D. Take a look and help pls.

Please bear with me. I am 21 years old and have been sexually active for the past 6 years. Never had any problems until I was 18 years old when my girlfriend at the time had a yeast infection. It seemed to irritate my foreskin so doctor prescribed with this cream to rub on until the itchiness, and swelling was gone. Problem had only lasted a couple weeks. Since then I have had no problems. Have been sexually active on and off up until exactly a year ago when I was 20 years old I had trouble maintaining erections.Sometimes it is also painful for me to do anything sexual. I have been to 3 urologists so far and so far they have been able to muster up absolutely nothing. Let me break it down.

Symptoms: semi-erections, penis head seems over sensitive and the penis head doesnt get fully erect either. The penis has a slight bend to it now and it used to never be that way ( urologist did ultrasound on penis in FLACCID state only and performed a physical analysis and said it couldnt be peyronnies, no scar tissue either )

I do have asthma went to a pulmonary specialist and said my lungs were normal.
Things I have noticed at the same time my E.D. came about: 1 cyst on right shoulder, my gums seem inflamed, sometimes I have throat peanuts which I have never had before, sometimes I will have brown saliva in the morning. Penis seems unusually colder.
