Excessive masterbation and addiction to porn is the problem. You people are in denile if you think it's not. A body is not a machine that can go and go. Give it a rest. Look at all the young people with ED! All watch porn and excessively masterbate. It's clearly the issue.

Your ED has nothing to do with your masturbating You problem is guilt about masturbation and DHAT syndrome. If you stop stressing about it you will be fine.

Masturbation is a natural habit. It does not do any  long term harm. Worrying about it does more harm than sexual act like masturbation. Learn abdominal breathing. Practice it for 10 minutes twice a day Google abdominal breathing. You may do male deer exercise, kegel exercise, anal peripheral prostate massage and keep a general watch over your health. You will be able to adjust when you get married.  Read some sexual literature which will give tips on sexual matter. Google on sexual subjects..You will be okay. Do not think of suicide. Do not take viagra or nay medicine.Take usual nutritive food ,do few exercises, keep your mind cool, meet your friends and enjoy. Worry adds more problems.
