a) First and foremost, make sure you're taking them the right way: Viagra and Levitra should be taken 1 hour before sex and always on an empty stomach.
b) These drugs are erection facilitators not erection initiators. If you're not aroused or if you're feeling anxious or depressed, they won't work.
c) There are three different PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) and reactions to these drugs vary greatly. I suggest you try all three and see which one works best for you.
d) Vitamin E is clinically proven to improve the efficacy of these drugs.
e) You may combine your PDE-5 inhibitor with other ED treatments, e.g. VIGAMED (oral phentolamine 40 mg).
