ED (erectile dysfunction) and PNE (pudendal nerve entrapment)

Hi to all, I just want to point out that many men who have ED (light or severe), may be suffering PNE (Pudendal Nerve Entrapment) Not many doctors know PNE and can diagnose it. The Pudendal nerve can be entrapped in different locations. Piriformis syndrome, Alcock syndrome, Ligamentory clamp (sacrospinal and sacrotuberal Ligament), are a few of the locations of PNE. Running, cycling, skating, prolonged sitting, fall on the buttock, pregnancy (women),ect...... can cause PNE. Here are some of the symptoms: pain in the lower back, buttock and legs (non hernia), genital pain or numbness, rectal pain, incontinence (anal or urine), constipation, overactive bowels,  Erectile Dysfunction, Ejaculation problems, and many other problems.  You don't need to have all of the PNE symptoms to be suffering of PNE, it all depends on where or how severe the Pudendal Nerve is entrapped.
I now have light form of PNE that started 2 years ago at the age of 35. My PNE used to be very severe with first light and later on severe ED (erection pills did not help), ejaculation problems, later on incontinence was added to my problem list, also overactive bowels. All my MRI scans were ok, the only thing they found, was that I had a very high pain level on my genitals when they tested the Pudendal Nerve. The Pudendal Nerve can not be seen on a MRI, or it should be a MRN (MR Neurography) that can only be done in the USA.  My ED is caused by Piriformis syndrome. That's the Piriformis muscle entrapping the Pudendal nerve and pressing it against the Sacrospinous Ligament. I also have buttock and leg pain because the piriformis muscle is also entrapping the sciatic nerve. After a long search, i started with piriformis stretches 6 times a day, and after 6 months most of my problems were gone, I also need to avoid sitting. Now i still have light ED where an erection pill will work. For example, many young men have a light form of PNE caused by prolonged sitting at the PC. Not only men are suffering PNE, also women having genital problems, etc.... Look it up, and see if it matches your life style. I'm posting this, because in my experience, most Doctors or Professors never heared from PNE (Neurologists, Urologists, Radiologists, ...)  Hope many men find this info usefull.
