Enlarged and torn pennis hole and also frenulum is torn

I have  uncircumcised  penis.I masturbated my penis  for many times and also humped on pillows ,rubbed on bed sheets by inserting my penis in to the fold of a pillow by watching fashion tswim wear .Now my penis hole is enlarged and torn and whenever i pee it comes with vast volume reaching very short distance and not like a jet .Also my frenulum is torn due to over masturbation by means of humping.....Now i am in embarrassing situation..I'm not yet married..I want to suicide myself due to all these problems .Are there any medicines and creams to cure these problems.My penis is small and nerves may be veins are protruding over my penis when flaccid and also in erect state..Can I have solutions to clear all these problems.I have erectile dysfunction and also tip of penis looks big which is not same as that of earlier state.A white patch  is formed on glans (glands) of penis and also  .....Please help me in order to cure these  problems.Thank you

If the penis hole and frenulum are torn, then the only answer to their treatment is by means of surgery which should be done by a good urosurgeon or plastic surgeon. My sincere advice would be to consult them at the earliest.

Hai Dr .First of all thanks for you well advice.How much cost does it takes to do surgeries for those problems ?Are there any better remedies to cure these ?..How to cure problem related to  urinary meatus  to regain its original condition which is a small hole from enlarged or torn one?My penis is shrinking enormous sometime and my tip or head of penis is bulging very much..My veins are protruding heavily on shaft of the penis when it is in flaccid or erected state..I have erectile dysfunction problem .Due to this it don't erect even when i see nude or porn movies.suppose if in case it erects it never withstand even for half minute to say so.My penis goes back into body .sometimes it look like soft when i lay on the bed.some times it is like rock hard even if it is in flaccid state.It will never happen to any one i think so.My penis is uncircumcised which means glans (glands) of penis never come outside Deformities for penis occur like these.I have many problems due  to over humping on pillows.and bed sheets.Sometimes i feel like due to wires bounded around shaft of penis during rigi scan makes these deformities due to current flow..Please help me to cure all these problems..Where would you suggest me to visit hospitals.I am an Indian..

If you are having regular erections, you may be having erectile dysfunction which is psychological in nature. Other causes may be psychological, smoking, alcohol, illicit drugs and medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone, depression, spinal cord and neurological causes. In your case it looks more psychological.

Regarding the bulging veins on the penis, it can be due to Mondor’s disease which should be ruled out from a urologist.
