Hello, I'm 27 and I can't seen to keep a full erection for more than some seconds without constant physical stimulation. I started masturbating to porn when i was 13, and i did it regularly. It usually didn't take long for me to ejaculate, between 1 minute and 2 minuted, or sometimes even less than a minute. My biggest problem is having sex, since when i get a full erection, it doesn't stay long enough to have normal intercourse. And added to that, i need to use a condom, so it becomes even harder. I just keep trying to put it inside and it keeps becoming too flacid, ending up slipping out again, then my wife has to touch it to make me have a full erection again, and i keep trying like that, with no good results. Eventually the condom falls off and i can't have sex. What shall i do to fix this problem?
Hi Devron, OK Thats it, you have got it, the dreaded porn enduced ED, now the big problem for you is how do you tell the wife, because there is a way out for you, you need to take an 8 week sabbatical from all forms of sex, its no masturbating or any sexual contact, for the whole 8 weeks, now this is were the wife comes to the front, you need to be straight with to your problem for this to work, by doing this you should reboot your body, the porn enduced ED you can google and it will tell you the same thing, but its getting it through to your wife your past and your now problem from it, but you can tell her if it works like it should you will be ok when you've done the 8 weeks, so you will need her help.
PS you may find an exercise called edging will help when you come off the 8 weeks, for this go to pegym and search for it , you wont find it the hard.

I am 24 years old and i masturbated when i was 18 continuously.
A year back i started feeling many problems due to this addiction and i started trying to quit masturbation but you know that addictions aren't easy to get rid of quickly. Finally almost after a year now i haven't done it for 30 days and i am trying to never do it again.
but the problem is that i am not recovering. I haven't noticed much improvement in the past 20 days. I just need to know whether this damage can be fixed by refraining from masturbation or not. Hi Maninder, For a start you are doing the right thing by stopping masturbating, there no quick fix, think it took you 14 years to get to this point, so if O told you its 14 years back, you would go O'NO, so just do this no mastur bating or sexual contact for the next 8 weeks, its a sabbatical for a new sex life, and you have started, the next thing is for you to get healthy, so get out and do some brsik walking for 1/2 and hour twice a day, and get to a swimming pool and start swimming, if you have one, next thing is eat healthy, no fast foods or junk foods, why these are full of salt and sugars, just do this for the next 8 weeks then come back to me, I want you to then tell just how you doing, if your getting erections or morning woods, but dont worry if your not, what your doing is a start, just keep in your mind 14 years.

Hi Mano, The exercise your looking for is kegels, this is the exercise that will strengthen up your PC muscle, and by doing these it will help your ejeculations to be stronger.
Your sperm thickness mat be down to how much masturbating your doing, try cutting back to jus a couple of times a week, and see just how things are going then buit give it a couple of weeks first, as you wont get a insant responce.
