Erection Problem due to Premature Glans(glands) Penis and Foreskin Detachment

Please answer my question only if you understand well what the problem is and you know the solution that will suit the best.  I live in UK and would have to go via my GP to some GUM hospital under NHS.

I am 29 years virgin male i.e. no sexual intercourse experience with girl and no anal sex either.  For reasons beyond my control, I did not come to know that the penis foreskin should retract back normally till I was 28 years of age.  I had mild phimosis for which I used tropical steroids and manual stretching after which skin started retracting in the penis while not erect.  But when my penis came in erect state only after hard pulling (quite uncomfortable) it was possible to get skin retract.  But then I discovered something very strange, my foreskin I guess has not separated from my glans (glands) penis in the right age.  I have no clue if it was natural or not.  I suspect someone stretched it forcibly when I was child (up to age 9 years) or I did it while masturbation.  I started masturbation at 9 years and doing till date on an average 4-6 times a day.  Direction was always upwards and now doing it downwards as in normal men, I get uncomfortable.  Please note I never experienced any pain while masturbating with foreskin above glans (glands) penis in erect state or when both got separated forcibly.

Complication is that penis errection dysfunction which is caused by an inner lump of skin inside (2 cm in diameter) of foreskin.  Glans (glands) penis on left side has got a same sized pit/scar, which did not heal as I can’t quit masturbation due to high sex drive .  If I force foreskin to come back and keep penis erect, some blood starts to seep from pit and the lump sometimes.  Then, penis becomes soft.

I know circumcision can remove foreskin with lump problem removing any errection issue, but what will happen to pit on glans (glands) penis?  Moreover I am scared of operation.  Should I use condom for sex and forget operation or costly / complex treatments?

Can someone experienced or having any idea of this problem's treatment advice me what to do?  I do not want to get circumcised but an effective plastic surgery without pain or removing my foreskin will be acceptable.

Please can someone provide any help that's useful?  I done enough research, but could not find answers.
