Erectle Dysfunction due to faulty masturbation habits

I am 23 years old and I am not able to get a full erection. I do not know the reason for sure but I think its a result of poor/wrong masturbating habits which I pursued during school days. I used to sit and move my legs in opposite direction so that when they came near during motion, I could feel my penis in between them and it gave me immense pleasure. I did not allow it to get completely erect and constantly pushed it in between my legs to feel the movement and pressure. While doing so, when I felt the urge for ejaculation, I used to cross my legs and trap the penis in between tightly, so that the semen doesn't come out immediately. I later on secreted it while peeing.

Slowly I realised that this habit of mine has impaired my penis and I am not able to get a normal erection and even for bringing it to half-erect stage I have to do it by the same leg movement method. I feel extremely embarrassed and depressed at my situation. I haven't visited any doctor and am wondering if anyone has any advice to offer. I don't know if it's just nerves but please help me out. If anyone knows of anything that would help getting an erection that wouldn't require a prescription, that would be awesome as well. All other advice would be sooo appreciated. This problem is really frustrating and embarrassing, which is why I'm resorting to a more anonymous approach. Thanks.

I think I have replied to your message before. I might have  referred to kegel exercise.I am giving you few more techniques which you may Google and pick up the one you like it. Your case is a unique one. If you can talk to any doctor, he may suggest you some useful approach to your probe.Your method is somewhat like pelvic exercise. Anyway you may research the following words.
Male Deer exercise. Massages; internal prostate massage, abdominal prostate massage, anal peripheral massage. Inner thigh massage..Micro cosmic orbit; circulating sexual energy around microcosmic orbit. Yoga postures to enhance sexual stamina. Sat kriya/ satkriya. Research these phrases and do some of the exercises. About shape, I think you can overcome this problem by adjusting the pose while doing intercourse.These are not quick fix. You need to do exercoses for a long time. The results will be satisfying and will have overall effect on all your activities. Pleas do try.

Masturbation cannot cause erectile dysfunction. What you are having can be due to stress, alcohol or tiredness. However, persistent, long-term problems getting and maintaining an erection hard enough to have the type of sex you and your partner want is known as erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence which needs evaluation from a urologist.

Thanks for your suggestion. The problem with me is that I cannot maintain a full erection without consciously trying it with the help of my pelvic muscles. And even when it is erect, its shape is more like a beam/banana. I live in Dibrugarh where it is extremely difficult to find a good urologist. Hence I am seeking online advice.

Can you please suggest me something about Kegel exercises or Jelqing? Will they be any good to me?
