Excessive erection then ED

When I have sex, I get an erection that lasts for anywhere between 4 to 14 hours, however, when it goes away, I cannot get it up for at least 24 hours. There has to be something wrong with me right? I am not very sexually active and I masturbate once every two days. What can I do to make my erection behave normally?
