Foreskin covers my erected penis

Im 19, and i am not circumcised. when not erected, i cannot pull the foreskin back easily, the meatus does not stretch  enough to pull the skin back. although i can do it, it is sort of painful. the diameter of the meatus gets no bigger than the tip of my pinky. And when erected, foreskin covers penis as if i was not erected. skin just stretches with the penis.   it looks like an uncircumcised penis but with length and shape of an erected penis. though i urinate and ejaculate normally, to me this seems very strange.
