Groin injury from Alprostadil

Hi, I suffer from erectile dysfunction and have successfully used caverject (alprostadil) for a while now.  However a few months back I tried alprostadil with another company, and their ingredients are clearly different as it injured me quite badly.  My groin suffered a tear I believe, as there was so much pressure.    But that pain has slowly gotten better.  However I feel bloated from the groin all the way above my hips.  There's almost a constant pain there.  I wonder if there's an infection cause I find it hard to believe that a groin pull or tear would cause this kind of pain.  Thankfully I can still get aroused, but when I do it also seems to heighten the bloated pain above my hips. Any idea what I can do?  Thanks
