I can't maintain erection for long.

    I am a 26 year old man. I have a problem with maintaining erection for long. The problem is not with erection, but maintaining it at penetration strength for full intercourse. It gets hard alright, but gets semi erect soon, pretty often even before ejaculation.
    I get morning erection, but not everyday.
    Couple of things I speculate could be the reasons:
I lead a very stressful life.
I do not have regular sleep, My sleep is very irregular and that too for max 4-5 hours a day; but its not that I can not sleep, I simply don't get the time.
I had hormonal problem; I was diagnosed with congenetally low level of testosterone and had underwent treatment at my adolescent period at an age of 15. It seems that I was cured. Although I haven't had any further check up after that.

Although I do not have any problem with arousal. My libido is very high. I masturbate around 5 times a day. Can this high no. of masturbation be the reason?

May I have an expert advice on my problem?

Masturbating 5 times will definitely Mess you up! I've recently fallen into a bad masturbation habbit over the past 6 months, and recently Ive been having bad problems getting aroused, (from watching too much porn) and weak erections when I do get aroused. Also I havent been getting spontaneous erections like I normally do, and my morning erections have been infrequent. SO LAY OFF THE MASTURBATING. I know its hard, but you have got to stop abusing your little guy. I now know the consequences, and it isnt fun.

Ive read a lot that stress will contribute to E.D. Im sure the fact that you can't keep it up as long as you're used to has created a whole lot of added stress. I've also read that sleep plays a large role in helping keep your penis in tip top shape. It is recommended you get 7-8 hours.

I'm no professional but my advice, lay off the masturbating for a while...a month or so. I've read that in ayurevdic medicine they are well aware of the problem and consequences of too much masturbation and advise against he frquent expulsion of seminal fluid. The theory is that if you can store it up long enough and only use it in moderation you should be good. So if your erections eventually return to good strength make sure you keep your masturbation and ejaculations down to 2-3 times a week. NO MORE. I've even read that once a week or once every two weeks should be the maximum.

well, i think first thing for you is to reduce your frequency of masturbating. 5 times a day for 7 days a week are little bit too much although u are young.
concerntrate ur mind for others thing and see the result later.
however, some ppl are just could not sustain erection for long, like myself, though i do masturbate, but not as much as you:)
