Injured Vein in Penis

after sex with my wife I squeezed from the base of my penis up to reduce the small amount of leaking after sex. when I did this I felt a tug and pain on the large vein on the left side of my penis.

The next day I noticed the vein from the bottom of my penis to the head was in pain and now when I have an erection the vein feels different and I have a small bump near the head of my penis. The bump is the vein. My erections are normal but a painful around the bump.  The lower part of the vein seems like it can move more than it used to and seems slightly more taunt.

I saw my doctor and he seemed uninterested and said it was a varicose vein.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any idea if/when the pain will subside?

i have the same situation. months passed and pain is still there. vein surger gave me a pill it helped with the pain but vein is there and blue at the left.

and i also wonder if this will cause any problems in the future except pain.
