Large labia minora? I am only 15.

i have often wondered when whether i was considered normal down there. i first noticed that my labia were slightly large when i was 13 and ever since it has put me off the thought of ever losing my virginity. it is soon to be my birthday and me and my boyfriend are going to get to final base but i am so scared of what he will think of me down there? my labia are extremely wrinky and go grey towards the ends. they're about just over an inch when they're normal and not being stretched too.
am i normal? and how do i go about it?

Well an easy way to find out is scheduling an appointment with your doctor and having a physical exam and asking him/her. It's hard to tell you if you are "normal" without a physical exam. Labias come in all sizes and colors, but there are some women who do have significantly larger labias which is bothersome to them. There are surgical procedures to fix this. If you don't want to go to the doctor the only other thing I can suggest is searching th web for pictures-but be carefull of porn sites and virueses! And if your boyfriends the sam age you are, he probably doesn't really know what girl parts look like, so anything down there will be exciting to him. Seriously. The most important thing is how you feel about it. What I suggest is either finding some health type of photos to compare yourself with, or scheduling an appointment with a doctor. But still, remember, all women are different and labias do vary. It's only certain women that have the condition where they have excessively large labias. But if it's bothering you and you feel bad about it, definititley get it checked out if that will ease your anxiety. I wish you good luck and best wishes!

dont worry, its very normal but if you are still overly concerned you should  talk to your mother &your doctor. 15 is still very young to be thinking of sex anyway. be smart & safe.
