Moving to cialias, unsure of dosage

ptw
Hi.
About a year ago i started having erection problems, i would still get hard, but- basically not very hard and sometimes i would lose my erection.

I went to the docs, who took bloods etc and prescribed viagra. I found with 100mg it worked..too well almost with unwanted erections, and i had nasty side effects. 50mg worked better for me, i could have sex a couple of times the night i took it.

The only downside is spontaneity!, we always feel we are against the clock, cant eat and let things be natural.

So, i spoke to the doc who has given me 20mg cialis.

Question is, i want to avoid side effects as much as possible, but to have the product work.. can anyone advise what dosage of cialis is equivalent to 50mg viagra? and how long my 'window' is with this drug?

Thanks

If you're worried about side effects, I'd start with half, or even a quarter, of a pill because Cialis lasts so long. That is, if it turns your face red, it may stay that way for 24 hours, versus just a few hours for Viagra. You can always take more later, but you can't undo what you've taken!

Thanks, going to be taking one friday, and see how it goes.

If 50mg viagra was the correct dosage for me, should i take 10 mg of cialis for an equivalent effect?. I have been reading a lot of horror stories about back pain, so im reluctant to take 20 mg

Cialis is my favorite ED drug, it's really effective. If spontaneity is an issue, this is definitely the best choice. The effects of Cialis last for 36 hours (hence its name 'weekend pill'), whereas Viagra only lasts for about 4 hours. You should take Cialis on an empty stomach, at least one hour before sex. Don't take more than the prescribed dose. There are studies that show that a yohimbe supplement can increase the efficacy of Cialis and other PDE-5 inhibitors (beware of side effects, though). Good luck!
