NEED HELP PLEASE YOUNG MAN

Hello I have a serious issue I am 25 years old and I can't get hard. Not with a female and not even by hand it gets a little bigger but remains soft. The only time I can get it hard is by "bouncing" that's where I sit on a chair and squeeze my legs together and bounce. Let me explain ever since I was little my family use to sit me on there knees and have me bounce up and down they did this alot, this habit stayed with me and I can't stop. I think I have done some serious damage to my testicles, they look shrunken. I'm serious and need help please

Well, it could be really serious, so it will be better if You go to the doctor. Let him examine You and run some tests.

the following site is called healthy strokes. It has info on traumatic masturbation. Check it, and check out a good urologist. If it were any other part of your body, you would have already visited a doctor.
