Need help in Erection problems

Hi. I'm 30 years old i love to have sex but when i do have sex i come too quickly less then 5 min and when my girl friend give me oral sex i tend to stay hard and long for 15 -20 min..i'm not sure why when only when i'm having sex i tend to come too quickly or go soft would anyone can help me to improve my sexual impotence..
even through i do masterbete alot atleast 3 times a day because i cant have sex for long time.
i do smoke on daily basics usually 10-15 cig and i used to drink alot like a fish but i hardly drink now days..
the worse part is that when i get oral sex and after i come i feel like i'm not fully satisfied i need more WOULD ANYONE HELP ME OR ANY DOCTOR WOULD ADVICE ME ON THIS TOPIC OR ABLE TO TELL ME IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME OR IS JUST NATURAL TO EVERYONE.

I'm not a doctor, but I suggest you try VIGAMED (oral phentolamine). VIGAMED is not a PDE-5 inhibitor, it is a new ED drug that bocks alpha receptors in the penis and inhibits sympathetic action; since ejaculation is mediated by the sympathetic nervous system, it will also delay your orgasm.
