Pelvic Ring damaged nerves & Balanitis issues

I was run over by an uninsured driver back in Jan 2009, and part of my extensive injuries was that my Pelvic Ring was broken in several places.
Other than simply waiting 1 to 2 years to find out if the damaged nerves re-generate, what can I do to find out EXACTLY which nerves were damaged, and how badly they were damaged, and the likelihood they will ever come back on-line?
Most doctors and hospitals I have contacted frankly dont give a damn and simply spout taking viagra type drugs as my psydo-cure. None seem to even consider trying to find out what nerves are actually damaged and how badly.
I also have had the horrible luck to get what I think is Balanitis--ulcer on glans of my penis--while the ulcer in now gone after lots of antifungals and anti-biotics the skin is still way too sensitive to masturbate with what little erection I can muster.
Any info on how long this affiction is supposed to take to completly clear out once the ulcer is gone in order to leave normal glans skin?
