Penis Numbness

Im 19 yrs old. and for the last year or so i've had progressivly worsening symptoms which include:-

-weird numbness in penis tip
-increased need to urinate (7 - 8 times a day)
-weak erections
( i can get an erection if i physically do it myself, but other then that even if i feel horny it won't come up)
-slight burning sensation between testicals and anus and also at tip of penis.
-tight foreskin
-forskin seems to stick to my penis all the time making it uncomfortable to pull the skin back
-dryness of forskin and penis (i drink at least a litre of water a day)

I've looked into certain possibilities and the main ones that come up are, prostatitis, and sexual exhaustion and maybe a stricture, but i feel i'm a bit young to be getting any of these things.
I know i probably masturbate too much 3-4 times a day could that be a factor?
help would be very much obliged.
