Please have a look at this bloodwork!

I am 35 and in good shape, married with one kid. Over the last one year gradually I have lost interest in sex and my morning erections are almost gone. I can't keep an erection for pnetration. I tried viagra and it helped on some occasions but not in a way that it should. I feel depressed and lack concentration in my work as well. Sleep is okay though although I feel tired in the mornings and demotivated to start my days. I have frequest headaches and also since a few months on accasions I see a flashing blue light on the side of my right eye. It lasts for a fraction of a second and goes away. I did some blood work and the following has come back. I have not seen an Endo yet. I am wondering if this is somethign to do with my pituitary. I had an MRI done last year for my headaches and it came back normal. Please advise.

LH: 3.16 mIU/mL ( Ref. range for men 1.5 - 12.4)
FSH: 4.38 mIU/mL (1.7 - 8.6)
Total Testosterone: 388 ng/dL ( Ref. Range  for my age is 166 - 877)
Free Testosterone: 5.43 pg/mL ( Ref. Range for my age is 4.25 - 30.37)
Prolactin: 28.99 ng/mL ( Ref. Range for men 4.04 - 15.2)
SHBG: 10.10 nmol/L ( Ref range 13 - 71)

Thanks and hope to get some expert advice here.

beside viagra you can also get injection of prostaglandine or something like that. it locally stimulates the erectile tissue to gobble up blood and it can hold up to an hour and a half... you just need some sexual stimulation and it works... it is a lot healthier than viagra, i think. because it only works locally on the penis.
now, i dont know if these kind of injections are available in your country... the only minus is that it hurts a bit, at the beginning because of the needle... but it goes away quickly. maybe your wife could help you with that. i had an injection like that when i took a test, because i also have problems... if nothing else works, i think this definetelly does. and it is really cool because it does not effect the whole body.
loads of luck!

Have you seen a doctor (urologist) already? Only a doctor can determine the cause of your problem and prescribe the right treatment. ED is actually highly treatable. Viagra is not the only solution - Cialis and Levitra are also very effective. There is another ED drug called VIGAMED (oral phentolamine) that was also effective in my case; VIGAMED is not available in Europe but you can order it on the Internet. Talk to your doctor before you decide to start any treatment. Good luck!

Cabergoline is a drug used to treat high levels of prolactin. It raises dopamine levels and increases libido.

I wonder if this is a side effect of Viagra. Sildenafil can affect the eyes and cause vision problems.
