You will have to try and practice the stop and start method.  You can masturbate until close to ejaculation , then stop before the point of no return, take a few deep breathes, pull the scrotum down... at the point before ejaculation your scrotum should be pulled very tightly towards the base of the penis and not hanging down... if you pull it back down, this will give you more time.  

After you have done that you can resume masturbating or having sex until you are coming close to orgasm again.  Then just repeat it again and again.  Eventually you will have better ejaculatory control.
