Hi,

Thanks for your reply. My Urologist advised me to undergo Blood Sugar test & Penile doppler artery study before/after Paparvine injection. Sugar was found to be normal, while the reports of doppler study will be received after a few days. However, the doctor who was carrying out the doppler said that I have vascular problems, but it can be treated and I may have to refer to an Andrologist. I will let you know what my urologist tells me after seeing the reports.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to peyronie’s disease. Peyronie’s disase is a connective tissue disorder involving the growth of fibrous plaques in the soft tissue of the penis. These plaques cause the penis to be bent. The disease starts as a small bump or constriction on the shaft of the penis below the skin and then consequently curving of the erect penis occurs.Treatment is by medicines like vitamin E, colchicines, Verapamil or Potoba and surgical intervention which is the definitive treatment.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
