Purple Blemish

Hi,
It's something I've only just noticed but I appear to have a purple blemish near to the bottom of my penis. At first it looks like it's some sort of spot sitting on a vein, but when I move the skin of the penis, the spot moves. So it's definitely on the skin.
I've masturbated quite frequently recently and for long periods of time. I'm also a virgin. Is it possible this blemish has appeared because of too much pressure on the penis, or could it be something more sinister?
