Sexual Exhaustion

Im an 18 year old male who has over-masturbated. For approximately the last 3 years, I have masturbated 2-3 times daily while looking at porn during every "session". I now have extremely weak erections and have a hard time maintaining what I do get up. I feel as though my flaccid penis size has decreased as well. I have a sore ache at the bottom base of my penis when tightening the musle located there. I also have urinary problems. Overall I would say I'm a victim of sexual exhaustion. Now, to my question: Is it too much to hope that stopping all sexual activity will bring things back to normal? I mean I literally haven't given myself a break in 3 years, and I'm wondering if I have some lifelong damage. Any response is appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, it's possible. Anxiety, depression and stress are major causes of ED. And it's perfectly normal to go through periods of lower libido, so I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. I'm glad everything's fine, now.
