Should I just keep calm?

Every now and then I get times where my erections hurt and the head hurts also. Lately it seems to have become more of an issue because I slept on top of my penis earlier this week and afterwards it felt like a muscle fell asleep. Like when I get erected it feels like something is bubbling near the tip. Also when I feel these pains I feel them in my toes at the same time. Could it be some sort of nerve damage? If so does that heal if just left alone? Do you think my problem is just masturbating too much?

Well, a couple of days ago I just decided to take a weeks break, but just the other day I couldn't help myself. It felt pleasant enough. But when I was orgasming it felt like some *** was still there but wouldn't come out. Although it was A LOT of *** anyway considering I took two days off.

So with all of this said, would you consider it a reason to go to the doctors? If there is some kind of problem/problems what would you think they're? If I tell my mom she will get all upset and tell me she don't want to hear it.

Since I began masturbating at 15(Now 17.) There has not been a time I have gone an entire week without masturbating. Also I find that my hands are a little to rough for the delicateness of your manhood so instead I use fabric like socks or whatever but those also hurt because of it mostly having a rough surface I guess because of the way they've been washed. I need something super soft maybe, like what could I use?

Thank you for your support.

Doesn't sound like you have any medicl condition other than anxiety and a need for some new technique.

First, there's no such thing as too much self-pleasuring, as long as you're using a technique that includes enough lubrication so that your penis isn't rubbed raw.

Using a fabric can provide too much friction against your penis, thus irritating the tissue. Try banana peels. They're soft, you can use lube on them, and they feel great.

Or check out www.scarleteen.com for ideas about techniques and lubes. You've learned one way, and it's easy to get stuck in a rut; but there are lots of other fun ways to turn yourself on which can be both pleasurable and fun, so start exploring. Best of luck to you. Dr. J

Those are my best professional opinions. Wiat a week, use lube, stop worrying. If it doesn't improve, see a urologist. And go to the site for more info. Dr. J

I am so glad you got back to me. I ended up going to the doctors and he told me that this is nothing he has ever heard of. He recommended that I go to a urologist. After a week(Which will be by Friday.) if things are not better than I'll think about going then.

It felt like today things had improved somewhat in comparison to the past 4 days where nothing felt better. So you think its just a case of me being too rough and that I just need to relax a bit and not think about it so much?(I have had this on my mind for too much in the past week and a half.) It feels like I have lost sensitivity even which must mean its mostly my mind causing this anxiety that makes things not work the way they should.

I will also be certain to use that site as a reference and use lubricants from now on.
