Something isn't right with penis/pelvic area, clueless and scared.

Ok some bio information aside first;

I'm a 25 year-old male, non-smoker/drinker, normal blood-pressure and heart-rate. I'm not sexually active, nor have I ever had an STD. My masturbation habits are normal, in the since that even before my injury I used porn to get off at least twice a day. Currently I'm suffering from depression which has affected my libido, and is forcing me to search out anti-depressant medication.

My problem stems back two weeks ago, during a masturbation session. I was able to get a decent erection, but while hard I noticed this red bruise just below the head, on the left side. Along with this red bruise, I noticed above my circumcision scar, the skin has become very soft, shiny and almost translucent, with many little veins appearing under the surface.

I was able to orgasm and stopped, almost immediately after, the pain started. The pain stopped me from masturbating the next day, when I also noticed my morning erection was gone.

Since then, now two weeks later, I have a constant dull ache in my pelvic area, balls, shooting pain in the shaft of my penis and sometimes in my anus.

When I don't feel any pain, it just feels numb downstairs, almost like there's no blood flowing around in my penis. Before the incident, I knew my penis was like, "THERE", now it just feels empty.

Before the incident I had ordered a Fleshlight to practice edging and to change up the monotony of masturbation. When I used it the suction was rather tight, but I didn't notice any problems after the three or so times I used it. The fleshlight also came with a free ****-ring I had tried on, again, no problems after using it.

I've ruled out the fleshlight and ****-ring as the culprits and instead am looking at my exercise routine in the days leading up.

Stretches, squats, crunches, and loooong walks - somewhere in the 6k range.

Yesterday I masturbated three times in one day, partly due to stress and depression and wanting to see if I had any progress. I was able to get hard with the use of porn and orgasm, but the pain afterward was severe.

My morning erections, when I do get them, are barely 20%, I can only get excited and hard now through manual stimulation.

The good news is I have a doctor's appt. on Friday, which I'm not leaving from until I get a urologist refferal. And I want the uro doc to run a battery of test on me as well.

Can anyone clue me into what's going on here, did I pull something exercising? Was it the fleshlight and cockring?

I can provide more info if this wasn't enough, hard enough to stop typing as it is, scared I'm going to loose all ability to have sex here.

What should I do in the meantime, heating pads?
