Sperm Count

hi my age 26, i am doing mastrubation regularly, since i was 16, i have doubt that now my sperm count is reduced compare to before..bcoz before the sperm falls on the underwear, it will be become starch like that, but now a days it is not happening like that, if i stop doing mastrubation, can i get the same sperm count before my marriage..i planned to marry in the age 28.
