Testicals size

Hi, I am a 33 years old healthy man with no pains or any problems with erections or anything. But my left testical is much bigger than the right one (the left one is about 2.5 inches x 1.5 and the right one is only 1.7 inches x 1). My question is- why didn't the right one grow at much? Thanks.

Hello.

I have no idea. No one can tell you anything about your testicles without a thorough physical exam.

My question to you is why are you worried about this? Have you noticed that your right side and left side have small differences? For instance, your right eye may be slightly lower or higher than your right eye. Are you worried? Of course not. You realize that nothing in our bodies is completely symmetrical.

So it is with your testicles. In addition, in order to be able to move about comfortably, your testicles have very cleverly arranged themselves so that one lies higher than the other. If this were not so, you probably wouldn't be able to move around without pain.
The effect of this arrangement is that one invariably ends up larger than the other.

If you have any physical symptoms which are causing you discomfort, by all means, see a urologist for an exam. Otherwise, relax and stop worrying. Dr. J
