Testicle Shapes Irregular due to over masturbation

Hi,

I am 24 years old male and have been masturbating when i was 12 years old and did it twice every day.
Now from last 9 years my testicle have become very irregular.One testicle is smaller and one is bigger.Most important is that both testicle are not regular i mean that some nerves and then lump mass it always seems to me that small testicular with in my scrotum.In both testicle i can feel the nerves prominent and it seems that testicles nreak into two pieces which are connected to eachother with nerves within a scrotum.
Is it cancer????
Please do tell me?

as far as I know ...testicle  never be the same one should longer than another..

waitng for specilist to confirm ..

Dr told me that it is epididymal cyst.Is it dangerous or not and what are its side effects.
