Torn Frenulum - Inability to achieve erection

Hi, I am 23 and have been sexually active since I was 19. Basically my story is that a girl while mastubating me pulled my foreskin down too far causing the frenulum to completely rip, making it completely disconnected to the head of the penis, causing a lot of blood but not too much discomfort. This occured well over a year and half ago now as I have been too scared/embarassed to go to my family or doctor. There was no problem at first, no blood or loss of erection when I masturbated but over the next couple of months when a girl masturbated me (I refrained from sex at this time) there was blood again. But after those couple of times there was no more blood. After this, I started having sex again, I began to notice that my erections werent as strong as they had previously been, even when masturbating alone. I can get an erection to an extent but it is not fully hard, the head is almost completely soft and the shaft is just hard enough for penetration. What this has done is greatly lowered my self - confidence with women and completely lowered my self esteem. Please help me, I desperately want to resolve this issue which is having a worsening effect on my life the longer it goes on.
