What are the options for erectile dysfunctions when the pills don't work?

My husband had been having trouble with this for a while. The Dr thought it was due to his medication, blood pressure and cholesterol. He is off the blood pressure meds but had a prostratectomy a few years ago. Since the surgery, he is totally impotent. What are the options? Will insurance cover any of this and if not, what are the average costs?

I do not know about insurance. However, he may try Male Deer Exercise. This may help to restore his potency. Google Male Deer Exercise to learn about it. He can also do kegel exercises. This      may help in the long run.

Did the doctor that performed the prostatectomy explain to your husband that impotence might result after the surgery?  Does his physician offer any options?
